How Long Have You Been Trading?

The Pram Centre have been in existence since 1996.

 

When Will I Receive Any Goods Purchased On-Line?

We advise customers not to chase their orders until five working days has passed. Please ensure you check the quantity of parcels that you are signing for and report any problems to us within 5 working days. Please ensure someone will be at the delivery address to accept your order, as  the courier will only leave goods with a signature, if you are not at the address to accept the order they will usually return the next working day, after this you will be required to collect your order from your local depot. Clear details of this will be explained on the "Sorry we missed you" card that will be left by your driver.

 

Is Your On-Line System "Secure"?

All of our web based transactions are processed through paypal .

 

How can I pay for goods?

Our Online store accepts all the major credit cards except Amex.

 

How Long Is Your Product Warranty?

We offer a six months warranty (unless otherwise indicated) with all products.

 

I Have Received Damaged Goods Upon Delivery.

Please inform us of the damaged item by email within 5 days of Receiving the delivery -

please inform us of the exact problem so we can investigate this matter quickly and efficiently

2.      Details of the exact fault.

3.      Make sure you retain the original packaging in case we have to collect the damaged product.

What Are The Delivery Options Available And Charges?

Ireland

The Pram Centre's standard delivery is simple; spend over £100 and receive FREE delivery within Ireland . If your order is under £100, then a £5.95 delivery charge will be added at checkout to cover the shipping of your goods.

Mainland Uk

Orders to Mainland UK under £100 will incur a delivery charge of £10.95.Orders Over £100 to Mainland Uk will incur a delivery charge of £5.95.

 

When Will My Order Be Delivered?

We endeavour to deliver all items in UK in 5 WORKING DAYS. We will contact you from 1-2 working days if we will not be able to deliver the item within this period. Should you not be at the address to accept your order, please supply a delivery address where someone will be there to accept it for you. If your order does not arrive within 5 working days, please contact us.

 

I Have Received The Wrong Item Or Completely The Wrong Order What Should I Do?

Unfortunately due to human or computer error the wrong part/item can be dispatched.
Clearly we need to resolve this immediately and efficiently to your satisfaction, however please make sure that you have checked all the boxes as we sometimes pack multiple items in single boxes.Contact us immediately so we can rectify the issue as quickly as possible.

2.      Details of what is missing

3.      Make sure you retain the original packaging in case we have to collect the damaged product.

How Do I Return An Unwanted Product Or Item?

If you would like to return an unwanted product please follow the steps below. As per our terms and conditions the cost of returning any items is at your expense.Please Return the unwanted  product or item to -

2. Make sure you retain the original packaging to avoid damage in transit. However if this is not possible please pack the item in another cardboard box.

How Do I Pack An Item If I Am Returning It?

Returning faulty products only 
When returning a product or item to The Pram Centre Derry please ensure that the original packing is used where ever possible to avoid 

damage in transit. However if this is not possible please pack the item in another cardboard box.

Returning unwanted items only 

If you are returning an unwanted item (within seven days) you must use the original packaging & receipt to enable a full refund.

 

How Do I Cancel My Order?

If you have placed an order with The Pram Centre Derry  but then wish to cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible. Please make sure you write 'I want to cancel my order' in the mail subject. It is not always possible to cancel an order if the transaction has passed our security checks and has entered the warehouse for picking. If your order is shipped and you refuse to sign for the parcel the return costs will be at your expense. If you no longer want the order once it has been delivered please refer to the 'How do I return an unwanted product or item?' article.

If you order from The Pram Centre Derry your goods can be delivered. However we have a Pram Centre Store at 14 Great James Street.Derry.Northern Ireland.BT48 7DA - Tel - 02871 262002.

 

Pricing

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical or other error in pricing, we have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the products listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed or accepted and payment charged. If your payment has already been taken for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we will issue a refund for the full amount to the account used.
