After you place an order with us, we will acknowledge receipt of your order verbally (if you are ordering over the phone), or with a follow up e-mail from us to the email address associated with your account (if you are ordering online). However, please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a Product. All orders are subject to acceptance by us .We will confirm our acceptance of your order to you by sending you another e-mail that confirms that the Products have been dispatched.
Free delivery (with exception of nursery furniture) within five working days on all deliveries within Ireland on orders over £100.
All Orders under £100 will be delivered within Ireland at the rate of £5.95.
Orders under £100 to Mainland Uk(Excl Highlands & Islands) will incur a delivery charge of £10.95.
All orders Over £100 to Mainland Uk (Excl Highlands & Islands) will incur a delivery charge of £5.95.

The Pram Centre makes a reasonable effort to provide correct inventory information on its web site. If an item you have ordered becomes unavailable or out of stock after the order has been placed, we will contact you asap before we despatch any of you order to ensure you are happy.
We will contact you within 5 working days if we will not be able to deliver the item within this period.
Selected items may take longer to deliver but we will contact you prior to despatching any of your order to ensure you are happy with this.
Goods will be delivered between 9.00am - 6.00pm Monday to Friday.
If your goods do not arrive within five working days, please contact us and we will contact the carrier.
Please contact us if your delivery is outside of the UK.
Return Of Items
We hope you will be happy with your purchase. However, should you feel it necessary to return an item, you may cancel the contract for its purchase by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of delivery of the items to you. You should then return the relevant item to us in the secure ORIGINAL packaging along with a copy of your receipt to: FAO Web sales,The Pram Centre 14 Great James Street Derry,Northern Ireland,BT48 7DA.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning any item to us unless the item is defective or we have delivered the item to you in error. The item should be returned to us in its original condition.
When we receive notice of cancellation of your contract for any item, we will refund the price paid by you for that item or at your request if the item is defective will repair the item or supply you with a replacement item. We will not refund the delivery charge for sending the item to you unless you are returning an entire order.

In store Collection Service
We are delighted to offer a complimentary Collect In store service. When you are shopping online, simply select the option ‘collect in store’ and we will have your order ready for collection - if there will be a a delay in supplying you with your chosen items we will contact you to ensure the delivery date is suitable if its not suitable a refund will be organised.
We will send you a confirmation email to confirm that your order is in stock and has has been placed successfully and is ready for collection instore and payment will be taken.
When you visit us to collect your purchase, please supply your confirmation email or photographic identification. We are also happy to view confirmation emails on smart phones or tablets if a printout is unavailable.

Can I Return My Purchase On The Day Of Collection Instore?
If you decide that your purchase is not suitable you may return it instore. It is our policy to refund the original form of payment, so we will organise a refund to the credit card which was used as payment through our secure PayPal account.
Warranties are dependant on manufacturer. Please contact us for further details or consult the manufacturer website.
- The manufacturers warranty only covers against manufacturing faults and does not cover the following:
- Normal wear and tear
- Misuse such as, but not limited to, improper storage and product care
- Maintenance and use other than that indicated in the user guide
- Failure to follow the instructions in the user guide
- Abuse, neglect, carelessness or accident
- Modification or alteration of the product
- Air transportation or freight damage
- Damage to tyres such as holes, punctures or tears
- Mounting or installation of third party products such as buggyboards that are not recommended by the manufacturer
Please note that while this list is inclusive it is not exhaustive.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical or other error in pricing, we have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the products listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed or accepted and payment charged. If your payment has already been taken for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we will issue a refund for the full amount to the account used.
